I was at Timberland Sports and Nature Club yesterday along with my fellow bikers from the United Bikers of Pinagbuhatan a.k.a. Sarap Buhay Bikers. The place is located at San Mateo, Rizal which is being promoted as the Mountain Biking Capital of the Philippines.
On our way back to Pasig, we dropped by at Marc’s View Deck Cycling Station. We had a wonderful breakfast. The Chicken Arroz Caldo (Lugaw in the vernacular) with Tokwa is at P35.00 while the Suman was at P18.00.
I love their version of Arroz Caldo, or lugaw with chicken strips.
The suman is complemented by a thick, sweet syrup.
You will not miss Marc’s View Deck Cycling Station on your ascend to Timberland.
