Christmas Party at Valenzuela Pavilion

Our high school class at Mariano Ponce High School (MPHS) in Baliuag, Bulacan, has been celebrating our yearly Christmas Party at Valenzuela Pavilion. It’s an events venue located in Doña Enriqueta Subdivision, Baliuag, Bulacan. I believe it’s closely related to Gloria Romero’s Restaurant and Catering Services, a prominent establishment in Baliuag, Bulacan.

This year, we’ll be celebrating our 20th year Grand Reunion at Valenzuela Pavilion and we’re now on the process wherein we’re selecting the foods that we’re going to consume on this momentous event. I reviewed my past pictures of the foods that we ate on those Christmas parties and was able to retrieve these:

Dads Saisaki Kamayan SM Megamall

My aunt and godmother, Auntie Lita, went back to the country for a short vacation. On her despedida (farewell) party, she treated us at Dads Saisaki Kamayan in SM Megamall.

It was a good venue to practice my food photography a.k.a. food porn. The foods were amazing and the package that she got was the international – so we got to taste all the food available. I skipped the sushi though.

Here are some of the food I’ve eaten. I’ll post more pictures soon. I realized that I’m really into Italian, American and Filipino food – not much into Asian, Japanese or Chinese food.

Thank you Auntie Lita for the treat!

Happy Pateros Fiesta Atty. Majie!

Our gratitude to Atty. Majie and his wife for inviting us to the Pateros Fiesta last Saturday. It was a very festive occasion and it was also my first time to witness the famed Pandangguhan Festival (now on its 25th year).

The food at Atty. Majie’s place are all delicious specially the spaghetti and chicken. Hopefully next year, we’ll also be invited to their fiesta. Thanks again Atty. Majie for the warm welcome and accommodation!

Drinking Session

I recently had a drinking session with my co-workers at Zinquo’s Restobar – a local bar in Libis, Q.C. near Eastwood. It was a blast! I enjoyed the “pulutan” at an average price of P100 per serving.

We had the usual – Pansit Bihon, Fried Chicken, Cheese Roll, Spicy Hotdogs – and San Mig Light. I’m not really a heavy drinker and I only consumed 3-4 bottles.
